Meet Amanda

Forge was founded by filmmaker and photographer Amanda Kowalski. Amanda is a native of West Virginia who currently resides in rural New Hampshire with her husband and rescue dogs. Prior to her career in documentary storytelling Amanda was a successful touring musician who co-founded the Grammy-nominated band Della Mae. 

When Amanda’s not roaming the world with a camera, you can usually find her on a bike, in the woods, or both.
